Payment and cancellation terms are on the terms page.

Service fees are fixed. Room rates flex with demand, so booking early or staying Sunday to Thursday usually beats any negotiation.

A card secures the booking; the room charge settles at checkout. Packages and events take a 20% deposit, with the balance 14 days before arrival.

Dated offers expire as shown on the card. Purchased packages and gift cards hold twelve months, extendable once on request.

Yes, with your ABN or company details on it. Corporate accounts receive consolidated monthly invoices automatically.
